FourWinds Portal, Automation, Answers, Reporting and Compliance

Find where the hours go. Build the fix. Run it. Carry the record.

Four jobs most businesses buy from four suppliers. Here it is one, and the people who build it are the ones who answer the phone.

Demonstration figures, and they reconcile.

  • Marketing

Where the enquiries came from, and what each one cost.

Visits, enquiries and what each one cost, each traced to the system it came from.

  • Finance

Money in, money owed, in one place.

Received, open and overdue, read straight from your own Stripe account.

  • Compliance

Every duty, and what answers it.

GDPR and the EU AI Act, obligation by obligation: answered on the record, nothing on file, or waiting on a person.

The connection is ours to build. When a provider changes an API, we fix it. You do not hear about it.

Google Ads and Analytics read themselves every night. The rest are a build, and the screen shows the last successful read for every source.

What we build

Five builds, one supplier.

The code, the domain and the ad accounts stay in your name.

Websites

What you end up holding. A site on your own hosting account, with the code and the domain in your name.

  1. 01We agree what the page has to doOne action per page, named before anything is designed.
  2. 02It is designed and built, not assembled from a templateBuilt on the same stack we use for our own portal.
  3. 03Speed and tracking are measured before handoverLargest contentful paint is measured on a throttled phone profile and every conversion event is fired and read back at the destination.

Scoped and priced before anything starts.

How this one works
Compliance

Answer it before you are asked.

GDPR, the EU AI Act, the Accessibility Act. Not all of them reach you. We work out which do, and put a source behind every claim.

ISO 27001 is the one nobody imposes on you. It arrives in a customer’s procurement questionnaire, and what they want is a Statement of Applicability: all 93 Annex A controls decided, with a written reason for every one you exclude.

Five systems assessed. Every one carries the Article 4 literacy duty already; two add an Article 50 transparency duty in August 2026, one waits on December 2027. Each row cites the article it comes from, so a reader can check it rather than trust it.

Five systems, each with the article its duty comes from and the date it starts. Demonstration record.

Cardinal

Add software as you need it.

The account is free and we approve it by hand. Everything after it is switched on when you ask for it.

  • Audits, websites, dashboards, integrations and ad accounts, bought one at a time.
  • Reporting, automation, answers and the compliance record, included with the retainer.
  • What you have not bought stays in the menu, locked rather than hidden.
How we work

Measure first. Build second.

We watch the work for two weeks, then hand you the sheet: every process, what it costs a year, and whether it is worth fixing.

Four of the twelve here are not. Take the plan elsewhere and the fee has still bought you a costed list of what to do next.

Operations audit

A demonstration of the audit as a client receives it: twelve processes, 1,360 hours a year at €35 an hour, and a verdict of automate, assist or leave alone on each.

Demonstration figures, not a client’s.

Operations Audit, Team

Team

One team of up to 15 people, mapped in two weeks.

  • Process map for one team, up to 15 people
  • Ranked opportunity list with hours and cost saved
  • Model-agnostic tooling recommendation
  • A 90-day plan you could hand to anyone
  • Findings session with your leadership

Operations Audit, Business

Recommended

Business

One department or business unit, up to four teams, with the governance review included.

  • Up to four teams mapped end to end
  • Data-flow and governance review
  • Build-versus-buy call on each opportunity
  • Costed 12-month roadmap
  • Board-ready findings pack and presentation

Operations Audit, Enterprise

Enterprise

Multi-site and regulated operations. Every team, site and system mapped and documented.

  • Unlimited teams and sites
  • Systems integration mapping
  • DPIA-ready data assessment
  • Vendor due diligence and terms review
  • Phased rollout plan with named owners
  • Quarterly re-audit for twelve months

Half the audit comes off what you do next.

It runs for ninety days, whether or not the audit recommended the work and whether or not it involves our software.

Questions

The ones we get asked.

Do we have to start with an audit?+

No. Websites, dashboards and integrations start from a scope conversation, not an audit. Automations are the exception: they are priced against the hours the audit counted.

Which AI tool do you recommend?+

We do not sell, resell or administer any of them, so we make nothing whichever you choose and the answer is only our opinion. On Microsoft 365, Copilot, because it reads your files and mail without a connector. For long documents and writing in your own voice, Claude. You buy the licence from the vendor, on your own account.

What keeps our data out of AI model training?+

The business and enterprise tiers exclude it, and we will show you the vendor terms that say so. Personal subscriptions expensed by individual staff sit outside that protection, which is the thing worth checking before anything else.

What does this cost to run afterwards?+

Anything hosted on FourWinds Automation is a flat monthly fee covering monitoring and maintenance. No percentage of savings, no per-run billing.

How fast do you respond?+

End of the next working day for anything raised through the portal, sooner where we can. Every ticket shows the first response in working hours and whether we met it, so it is checkable rather than promised.

Who actually does the work?+

We do, in house. The people who scope your work write it, deploy it and pick up when you ring. No subcontractors and no account manager. When we are at capacity we say so rather than take the job and farm it out.

How do we leave if we want to?+

The notice period is set out in your engagement documentation before you sign anything. One button in Settings exports everything the portal holds about you, down to every email we sent you, and names any part it could not read. We hand over the documentation and tell you what will break without us.

What is the smallest we can start with?+

The Team audit: one team of up to 15 people, mapped in two weeks. For some businesses the answer is two integrations and little else, and where that is the answer the audit says so.

Every order used to mean a phone call to agree a fitting date. Now the customer picks their slot while they are paying and it is in the installer's diary before I have seen it. I open one screen and I can see what has come in, what is still owed and what the booked work is worth, without asking anyone for a spreadsheet.

One client relationship, two businesses: Smart-Space and SmartCare Living share a managing director, and we will put you in touch with him. Ask for a reference.

We reply by the end of the next working day.

You get an emailed copy of what you send, before it reaches us. We do not add you to anything.

FourWinds Digital is the controller for what you send here. We use it only to answer you, on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying to an enquiry, and we keep it for six months from our last meaningful contact unless it becomes a client record. It reaches us by email through Resend, a US provider, under standard contractual clauses, and a copy is filed in our database in Ireland. You can ask us for a copy or for deletion at any time. The full privacy notice has the rest.
