Each price is fixed and agreed in writing before we start.
How it works
Step 01
We list what we look after
Up to five systems, named in writing, with how each one is checked and who to tell when it fails.
Step 02
We watch it and fix it
Each system is checked on a schedule. When a check fails or you raise a ticket, we fix it by the next working day, and the ticket shows when it was answered.
Step 03
You get one report a month
Enquiries, bookings, revenue and cost per booking, read from your own systems and set out on one page in your portal.

Support from the founder
Oscar Cobbe, the founder, knows your setup. He scopes, builds and supports the work.
Questions
- What counts as one system?
- Anything we keep working for you: a website, a booking system, a payment flow, an automation, or a connection between two systems. Up to five are included.
- Can we take Run on its own?
- No. It starts after a Build or Secured and proven.
- What does Run with ads add?
- We review your Google Ads or Meta account, or both, every month against a written checklist. We compare the sales Google or Meta credits to your ads with your invoices, and check your tracking against real activity. You pay for the ads yourself, straight to Google or Meta.
- What about the compliance work?
- After Secured and proven, Run scans your website and email every week and reopens any fix that slips. A full compliance assessment, a data protection impact assessment (DPIA) or ISO 27001 readiness is separate work at a fixed price.
