Accessibility Act check
It has applied in Ireland since June 2025 and the relief for small businesses is not where you think. Find out whether it reaches your website, your products, or neither.
AI Act transparency check
Article 50 has applied since August 2026 and the penalty is up to €15m or 3% of worldwide turnover, and for an SME the lower of the two under Article 99(6). Six short questions, eight if it generates content, and you will know which duties are yours and which belong to your supplier.
Cyber Resilience Act check
Reporting starts in September 2026, on a 24 hour clock, and it covers what you have already shipped. Five questions and you will know if it reaches you.
AI Act scope and obligations checklist

A landing page or a full marketing site, built on Next.js and served from your own Vercel or Cloudflare account. Statically rendered where it can be, images in AVIF and WebP at the sizes actually requested, and largest contentful paint measured on a throttled phone profile before handover rather than described as fast. Conversion events are verified by firing them and reading what each destination received. Code and hosting are yours outright, licence-free, on tooling you can take anywhere.

Custom dashboards

Your ad spend, sales, enquiries, invoices and bank balance on one screen in your portal. These are your own numbers: Google Ads and GA4 through their reporting APIs, Stripe and your accounts package through theirs, pulled on a nightly sync and reconciled to one figure with the definition written next to it. It is FourWinds Reporting with your sources wired in: one login, and the figures arrive by themselves. When a token expires or a feed stops, that source is named above the figures, so you are not handed last week's number as though it were today's.

Workflow automation

Software that does a repeating job on a schedule. Quotes into the CRM, invoices raised, reports sent, follow-ups chased. Written to be idempotent, so a retry after a half-finished run does not raise the invoice twice, which is the failure that makes people stop trusting an automation and go back to doing it by hand. Every run is logged in your portal with its inputs and its result, a failure opens a ticket instead of going quiet, and the job is priced against the hours the audit actually counted. The code is documented and handed over.

All five of our own products are included and configured for you: the portal, the automation engine, the knowledge assistant, the reporting and the compliance record. Those are all included, so what we recommend earns us nothing extra either way.

Compliance audit

ISO 27001 readiness

A Statement of Applicability is the first document a certification body asks for, and the one most small businesses have never written. This produces it: all 93 Annex A controls marked applicable or excluded, each with a reason that survives being questioned, and the applicable ones scored on the evidence you actually hold rather than on intent.

You get an emailed copy of what you send, before it reaches us. We do not add you to anything.

FourWinds Digital is the controller for what you send here. We use it only to answer you, on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying to an enquiry, and we keep it for six months from our last meaningful contact unless it becomes a client record. It reaches us by email through Resend, a US provider, under standard contractual clauses, and a copy is filed in our database in Ireland. You can ask us for a copy or for deletion at any time. The full privacy notice has the rest.
