Connect and automate
Build
We join up the systems you already use and automate the jobs that repeat. Every enquiry lands in one list with replies tracked, bookings go through to payment, reports fill themselves, and every automation retries and alerts a person when it fails.
Price
From €1,500
Who it is for
Businesses that live on enquiries and bookings, such as installers, clinics, trades and groups with more than one site:
- Enquiries come in by form, email and phone, and some are never answered.
- A second site or a new system has been added, and nothing passes information to it.
- Somebody copies the same figures from one system to another every week.
What is included
- The systems, the records and the direction written down before anything is built
- One system named as the master copy of each piece of data
- Payments and bank records matched on a schedule
- Sales reported to Google and Meta from your own systems, for visitors who agreed to tracking
- Each connection given only the access it needs
- Every run logged in your portal, with what it read and what it changed
- A run that stops halfway and is tried again does not do the job twice
- A failure retries, then opens a ticket for a person
- Documented and handed over with a written guide (the runbook), and the code is yours
- 30 days of support after it goes live
The price
One connection
€1,500
Two of your systems joined, so data moves between them without anybody retyping it.
Up to five workflows
€3,000
Jobs that run by themselves: enquiries routed, bookings into payment, invoices raised, reports sent.
Larger jobs are quoted. Every price is fixed and agreed in writing before we start. No VAT is added: FourWinds is not registered for VAT.
How it works
Step 01
A 20-minute call
You tell us where work gets copied, chased or missed. We say whether it is a connection, a set of workflows or something else.
Step 02
A fixed price in writing
We write down which systems, which records and which way the data moves, with the price, before anything is set up.
Step 03
We build and test it on your real cases
Including the awkward ones, so problems show up in testing, before it goes live.
Step 04
Handover, then thirty days of support
We walk you through it and hand over the runbook. After the first month, Run keeps it working, or you take it in-house.
Questions
- What counts as one connection?
- Two systems, one direction and one level of access: for example, new bookings copied from your booking system into your accounts. Adding the right to change data later, or a third system, is a second connection.
- What is a workflow?
- A job that runs by itself, on a schedule or when something happens: an enquiry sent to the right person, an invoice raised, a reminder sent, a report filled in. Up to five are one price.
- Do we have to change the software we use?
- We work with the systems you already pay for: your email, website forms, booking system, accounts package and customer records.
- Who owns the code?
- You do. It is documented and handed over. Hosting it on FourWinds Automation afterwards, with Run, is optional.
- What happens if it breaks in month four?
- With Run, a failure opens a ticket and we fix it by the next working day. Without Run, the runbook is yours and so is fixing it, which is why the runbook is part of the handover.
