Custom dashboards
Your ad spend, sales, enquiries, invoices and bank balance on one screen in your portal. These are your own numbers: Google Ads and GA4 through their reporting APIs, Stripe and your accounts package through theirs, pulled on a nightly sync and reconciled to one figure with the definition written next to it. It is FourWinds Reporting with your sources wired in: one login, and the figures arrive by themselves. When a token expires or a feed stops, that source is named above the figures, so you are not handed last week's number as though it were today's.

How it works
Step 01
We start from the decisions, not from the data
Which questions get asked on a Monday morning and what would change the answer. Building from available data instead produces a screen with forty numbers and no decision on it.
Step 02
Sources are wired and then monitored
Ad platforms, CRM, finance and operational systems connected through their own interfaces, and a source that stops reporting is named above the figures rather than quietly averaged in.
Step 03
It is built for the phone as well as the desk
Laid out for a phone first, because that is where it gets opened. If it only works on a large screen it does not get looked at, which is the usual fate of a dashboard.
Step 04
It lands in your portal, beside everything else
Not a separate application with its own login. It appears inside FourWinds Reporting in the portal you already have, next to your invoices, your automations and your compliance record. Documented, with the sources and definitions written down, and yours either way.
Questions
- How is this different from FourWinds Reporting?
- It is not a different thing. FourWinds Reporting is the screen, and it is in your portal either way. The difference is how the numbers get onto it. On its own, they are entered, and what you are buying is the definitions and the history. This is the work of wiring your own systems in so they arrive by themselves. Same screen, same login, no export in between.
- How many logins do we end up with?
- One. Everything we run for you lives in the portal: the reporting, the automations, the invoices, the support threads and the compliance record, all behind a single sign-in.
- What happens when a source breaks?
- The source is named above the figures, by name, with a line saying what may be incomplete until it is reconnected and a link to raise it with us. You are not handed an old number as though it were current. Repairing it is maintenance work.
- Can our team change it later?
- They can change what is displayed within what was built. Adding a new source is a change and is quoted, because a new source means new plumbing.
