Ask for a reference and we will introduce you to somebody doing work like yours. You can ask them whatever you want, including the parts that went badly.
A first name, a company you cannot find and a number nobody audited are easy to write and prove nothing. A conversation with a real client cannot be faked.
So, plainly: every review below comes from the same client relationship. Smart-Space and SmartCare Living share a managing director. That is one person vouching for two businesses, not two independent references, and we would rather you heard it here than worked it out.
One more thing, since this page is about what is checkable: the three businesses share a phone line. If you ring the number on any of the three sites you reach the same place. Ask us to put you in touch and we will give you a name and a direct way to reach them, so the reference is a real one.

“Every order used to mean a phone call to agree a fitting date. Now the customer picks their slot while they are paying and it is in the installer's diary before I have seen it. I open one screen and I can see what has come in, what is still owed and what the booked work is worth, without asking anyone for a spreadsheet.
