Salon booking and till

Booking and the till for an Irish salon, on the salon's own website and in its own colours. Clients book and pay a deposit online, the diary leaves the stylist free while colour develops, patch tests sit on the client's record, and each day's takings go to Xero or QuickBooks.

How you get it. One monthly price per site, set by the size of the team, with every feature on this page in every plan. We set it up on your own web address and bring your client list across from your current system's export.

The client's side on a phone at Wrenfield Hair, a made-up sample salon: choosing who with, priced by stylist level, then a day and a time.
The client's side: booking on a phone, on the salon's own page.
The salon's diary at Wrenfield Hair, a made-up sample salon, from 9:00 to noon: four stylists in columns. Maeve's balayage client has a hatched block where the colour develops, and Orla Byrne's roots are booked beside it at 10:00.
The salon's side: the diary. Hatched time is colour developing, so the stylist is free: Maeve starts Orla Byrne's roots at 10:00 while Aisling's balayage develops. Wrenfield Hair is a made-up salon and its bookings are sample data.
That day's totals at Wrenfield Hair: 6 stylist hours booked of 36 working, and 175 minutes of colour waiting time in which the stylist is free.
Above the diary, the day's colour waiting time: minutes in which a stylist is free and can take another client. Sample data.

How it works

  1. Step 01

    We set your salon up

Your menu, prices by stylist level, team, hours and look go in first, taken from your current booking page and price list.

  2. Step 02

    Your client list comes across

From your current system's export: names, phone numbers, emails, notes and marketing consent. Visit history, colour formulas and patch tests are not in any system's export, and the dry run says so before anything is written.

  3. Step 03

The booking page goes on your own address

Such as book.yoursalon.ie, with your logo, colours and typeface. Clients can add it to their phone's home screen and book again in two taps.

  4. Step 04

The salon runs the day from the diary

On the desk, a tablet or a stylist's own phone. Each stylist sees their own day, and the takings stay with the owner.

Questions

Can we keep our client list?
Yes, from your current system's export. Names, contact details, notes and marketing consent come across. Visit history, colour formulas and patch tests do not, because no system exports them, and you see that before anything is imported.
What does it cost?
One monthly price per site, set by the size of the team: one stylist, two to five, or six and more. Every feature on this page comes with every plan, and the price stops rising at the sixth stylist. Tell us how many sites and stylists you have and we will quote.
Can we try it first?
Yes. Wrenfield Hair is a made-up salon on the same system. Book a test appointment there; it is cleared every night.
