HubSpot pricing for a small team: Starter, Professional and Enterprise in euro, and what each one counts

HubSpot charges for seats, for marketing contacts and, on Professional and Enterprise, for onboarding. Starter costs the same whichever hub you buy it from, and its headline price in October 2026 was a limited-time discount for new customers.

What HubSpot charges for

HubSpot sells its software as hubs, among them Marketing Hub, Sales Hub and Service Hub, each in Starter, Professional and Enterprise editions. The HubSpot CRM, which it calls Smart CRM, comes with any paid subscription. HubSpot's free tools, for up to two users, are set against Pipedrive and Zoho CRM in CRM for a small business. This page is about what the paid editions cost, and a bill for them has up to four parts:

  1. 1Seats: each user with a paid seat is priced per month. View-only seats are free.
  2. 2Marketing contacts, on Marketing Hub only: the contacts you send marketing email to or target with ads, sold in tiers. Contacts you do not market to are stored free, up to 15 million contacts in all.
  3. 3Onboarding: a one-time fee HubSpot charges with Professional and Enterprise editions of Marketing Hub, Sales Hub and Service Hub. Starter has none.
  4. 4HubSpot Credits, which its AI agents and some automated features use: Marketing Hub and Sales Hub include 500 a month on Starter, 3,000 on Professional and 5,000 on Enterprise. Unused credits do not roll over, and HubSpot prices extra credits in US dollars, at $0.010 a credit.

Starter, the edition a small team starts on

In October 2026, HubSpot's pricing pages for Marketing Hub, Sales Hub and its Customer Platform all showed the same Starter plan, described as marketing, sales, service, content and data management software, at the same price. The Customer Platform page lists what Starter includes: Marketing Hub Starter with 1,000 marketing contacts, and Sales Hub, Service Hub, Content Hub and Data Hub Starter.

The list price is €20 a seat a month. New customers were offered €7 a seat a month paid yearly upfront, which is €84 a seat for the year, or €10 a seat month to month with no annual commitment, as a limited-time discount. Prices are shown in euro, subject to applicable tax.

Every user on Starter has a seat, and anyone who does more than view needs a paid one. Upgrading from HubSpot's free tools removes the free seats, so HubSpot tells you to choose the total number of seats your team needs at checkout. Marketing contacts beyond the 1,000 included are sold in blocks of 1,000, from €49 a month.

Starter carries no onboarding fee. HubSpot's terms let it raise fees at renewal up to its then-current list price, with at least 30 days' notice, and the list price for Starter on the page was €20 a seat a month.

Professional and Enterprise, side by side

As HubSpot's euro pricing pages and price calculator showed them in October 2026. Professional can be paid monthly on a yearly commitment, or yearly for less; Enterprise is committed and paid yearly.

PlanFrom, a monthIncludedOnboarding, once
Sales Hub Professional€90 a Sales Seat paid yearly; €100 paid monthly3,000 credits a monthUS$1,500
Sales Hub Enterprise€150 a Sales Seat5,000 credits a monthUS$3,500
Marketing Hub Professional€792 paid yearly; €880 paid monthly3 Core Seats, 2,000 marketing contacts, 3,000 credits a monthUS$3,000
Marketing Hub Enterprise€3,3005 Core Seats, 10,000 marketing contacts, 5,000 credits a monthUS$7,000

Extra seats, extra contacts, and the onboarding currency

On Professional, extra Core Seats start at €45 a month paid yearly, or €49 paid monthly; on Enterprise, at €75. Marketing contacts beyond those included are sold in blocks of 5,000 from €250 a month on Professional, and of 10,000 from €92 a month on Enterprise. HubSpot's Products & Services Catalog gives the onboarding fees in US dollars only, so they are quoted in dollars here.

Onboarding, and the Customer Platform

HubSpot says it charges onboarding automatically when you buy Marketing Hub Professional or Enterprise, and its catalogue lists a required onboarding fee for Sales Hub and Service Hub Professional and Enterprise as well. Onboarding is remote help with setup from a HubSpot onboarding specialist, by phone, Zoom and email, within a delivery period that starts at purchase: 90 days for Marketing Hub Professional, 60 days for Sales Hub Professional.

HubSpot also sells its hubs together as the Customer Platform. Its Professional edition started at €1,283 a month paid yearly, or €1,430 paid monthly, with 6 seats, 2,000 marketing contacts and 5,000 credits a month; Enterprise started at €4,610 a month, with 8 seats, 10,000 marketing contacts and 10,000 credits.

How seats are counted

Every user on a paid subscription has a seat, and the seat decides what that person can use. Core Seats are priced at the highest edition across everything you have bought: with Marketing Hub Professional and Sales Hub Enterprise together, each Core Seat is priced as Enterprise.

Seats can be added at any time at the current rate. Once bought, the number cannot be reduced until your renewal date: removing an unassigned seat is scheduled for the next billing period, and the current invoice is not adjusted.

  1. 1Core Seat: the core features of the hubs you have bought. On Sales Hub and Service Hub Starter, a Core Seat gives access to their features.
  2. 2Sales Seat or Service Seat: the full Sales Hub or Service Hub Professional or Enterprise, with Core Seat access included. On those editions, these are the seats the price is quoted per.
  3. 3View-Only Seat: free and unlimited. These users can view records, dashboards and reports and add notes, but cannot edit records, save reports, change settings, create content, or log and track emails in HubSpot.

How marketing contacts are counted and billed

Only Marketing Hub counts marketing contacts. A marketing contact is one you can send marketing email to or target with ads. A non-marketing contact stays in the CRM free of charge, but cannot be sent marketing email or targeted with ads. Starter includes 1,000 marketing contacts, Professional 2,000 and Enterprise 10,000.

The tier is a ceiling. Going over it by a single contact moves the account up to the next tier automatically, and HubSpot bills the higher tier until the subscription renews, even if the count falls again. Tiers come down only at renewal.

Setting a contact back to non-marketing takes effect on the next update date: the first day of each month on a yearly subscription, the monthly anniversary of the purchase on a monthly one. To stop imports and workflows pushing the count over the tier, a super admin, or a user with billing permission, can set a maximum number of marketing contacts; once it is reached, further contacts from those sources are saved as non-marketing.

The defaults decide much of the count. HubSpot's own forms, and forms on your website that HubSpot reads, set new contacts as marketing contacts unless you change the setting, and turn an existing non-marketing contact who submits one into a marketing contact; imports, integrations and the API set new contacts as non-marketing. The monthly email sending limit is five times your contact tier on Starter, ten times on Professional and twenty times on Enterprise.

Whether you may email a contact at all is a separate question, with its own answer under Irish law: the Irish rules for marketing email.

Monthly or yearly, and renewal

Starter can be paid monthly with a monthly commitment, or yearly. Professional can be paid monthly only with a commitment for a year, and paying the year upfront takes 10% off: €90 against €100 for a Sales Seat, €792 against €880 for Marketing Hub Professional. Enterprise is committed and paid yearly. HubSpot's Customer Terms of Service, last modified 16 September 2026, set out the rest:

  1. 1A subscription renews automatically, for the same length as the term before or for one year, whichever is shorter, unless you turn off auto-renewal in Account & Billing before the term ends.
  2. 2It cannot be cancelled during a term, and prepaid fees are not refunded.
  3. 3It cannot be downgraded during a term; a downgrade takes effect at renewal.
  4. 4A business in Ireland contracts with HubSpot Ireland Limited, in Dublin.

Before you sign up

Starter and the editions above it let you connect and authenticate your own domain for marketing email, so your domain's SPF, DKIM and DMARC records decide whether that email is delivered. The free email security check reads them. Three platforms built for email alone, Mailchimp, Brevo and Klaviyo, are set side by side in the email platforms compared.

HubSpot's pricing pages list over 2,000 apps that connect to it. Where the system you need is not one of them, or the connection needs rules of its own, it can be built: Build joins HubSpot to the systems around it.
